Overview

We are seeking a proactive and people-centric Country HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Argentina. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic partner to our LATAM and India teams, driving core HR initiatives and fostering a culture that aligns with our company values.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Human Resources or related field.
• Advanced English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong project management and policy implementation experience.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
