In Short

• Manage and strategically expand customer relationships in the field of emergency organizations.
• Responsible for the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract conclusion.
• Acquire new customers through targeted outreach and persuasive communication.
• Conduct professional product presentations, online or on-site.
• Create offers and accompany them until successful contract conclusion.
• Analyze and optimize your sales activities in the CRM system (Zoho).
• Coordinate closely with management, marketing, and product development for cross-departmental initiatives.

Requirements

• Several years of experience (at least 1-3 years) in the sales of complex software solutions, ideally ERP systems.
• Structured and independent working style, familiar with CRM systems (Zoho is a plus).
• Strong hands-on mentality – you plan strategically and execute operationally.
• Strong communication skills, presentation skills, and persuasiveness.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Reside in Austria or Germany.
• Preferred: Experience with emergency organizations or public clients and residence in Vienna or surrounding area.
