• Precise qualification of incoming inbound and marketing leads through direct conversations with prospects.
• Needs assessment with potential customers.
• Direct contact with existing customers to identify upselling potential and needs qualification.
• Direct outreach to potential leads following previous email and marketing campaigns or via social networks.
• Short product presentations for interested parties.
• Point of contact from initial contact to contract conclusion.
• Creation of offers and invoices.
• Assistance in the preparation of tender documents.
• Independent processing and documentation of leads and deals in the CRM system.
• Proactive contribution of ideas for outbound strategies based on experiences.
• Participation in sales events such as trade fairs.
• Close collaboration with marketing.

Requirements

• Experience in selling complex software solutions is an advantage.
• Ideally experience in selling ERP solutions.
• Enjoyment of communication and direct conversations over the phone.
• Knowledge of a CRM system (ideally ZOHO).
• Proactive and structured working style.
• High IT affinity and self-motivation.
• Previous experience in firefighting or emergency services is a plus.
• Experience in selling solutions to the public sector is advantageous.
• Fluent German language skills.
