We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to strengthen our team as a Junior Sales Manager in the Berlin area.

In Short

• Customer care and expansion: Support the team in managing and expanding the existing customer base.
• New customer acquisition: Actively contribute to acquiring new customers and thus help grow the company.
• Planning and conducting customer visits: Independently plan and conduct customer visits under guidance.
• Presentation of our services: Learn to present our innovative services in water damage restoration.

Requirements

• Entry-level or first sales experience: Ideally, you have some sales experience but motivated newcomers are also welcome.
• Convincing appearance: You have a confident and friendly demeanor and are willing to enhance your communication skills.
• Self-motivation: You work independently, are highly motivated, and enjoy a goal-oriented approach.
• Teamwork and communication: You value teamwork, even when working remotely.
• Driver's license: You possess a Class B driver's license.
• Language skills: You communicate in German at a native level.
