As a Junior Sales Manager at Autohero, you will support customers with their inquiries related to car purchases, ensuring a smooth process and excellent customer experience.

In Short

• Act as the voice of our premium used car platform, assisting private buyers via phone and email.
• Utilize your negotiation skills to convince customers and achieve sales success.
• Work exclusively with pre-qualified customers – no cold calling!
• Support Sales Representatives throughout the entire process.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or telesales is a plus, but not mandatory!
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor.
• Team player who enjoys direct customer contact.
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus.
