Junior Sales Manager - Remote

Overview

Tangany, based in Munich, is a highly innovative technology company with a market-leading B2B solution for the custody of digital assets on the blockchain (e.g., cryptocurrencies, tokenized assets, NFTs). Our solution is already used by more than 50 institutional clients. As a licensed financial institution, Tangany GmbH is regulated by BaFin.

In Short

• Identify new target customers and business partners.
• Conduct detailed market analyses focusing on banks, neo-brokers, trading platforms, and exchanges.
• Represent Tangany independently in the market and customer interactions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline.
• Support the creation of RFPs, contracts, and sales content.
• Assist in sales and business development activities.
• Actively shape and optimize sales strategies and processes.
• Regular presence in the Munich office with the possibility of home office.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Degree in business, technology, or finance.
• Strong presentation skills in person and online.
• Excellent knowledge of CRM platforms.
• Proactive and motivated to learn new technologies.
• Technical understanding of financial products and blockchain is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English.
