Overview

The Grassroots Engagement Manager will engage with solar companies and partner organizations to build political power within the U.S. solar industry, supporting advocacy efforts and increasing solar adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-4 years of public policy advocacy experience.
• Interest in solar or clean energy advocacy preferred.
• Experience with grassroots advocacy software preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to analyze information effectively.
• Experience in event coordination.
