The Scent Design Associate will manage Value to Market projects and support the execution of innovation projects, focusing on Holistic Scent Design and fragrance selection.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in fragrance evaluation.
• Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset for new ideas and concepts.
• Excellent olfactory skills and odor discrimination.
• Passion for fragrance selection and recommendations.
• Understanding of sensory evaluation techniques.
• Ability to classify fragrances and identify olfactive notes.
• Research techniques understanding (quantitative and qualitative).
• Good understanding of the perfumery business.
• Awareness of social and cultural influences on fragrance acceptance.
