As a People Operations Associate at Solace, you’ll be the backbone of our employee experience and operational excellence, owning critical moments in the employee lifecycle.

In Short

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience.
• Coordinate welcome communications and training schedules.
• Manage offboarding with care.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
• Partner with Finance and Legal for documentation and policy adherence.
• Coordinate procurement of equipment and software.
• Support recruiting coordination and candidate experience.
• Assist in planning company-wide events and internal communications.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency.
• Support benefits administration and payroll inputs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Administrative Operations.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience with HR tools like Notion, Gusto, or Deel.
• Familiarity with HR compliance and employment regulations.
• Proactive with a bias toward action and accountability.
