Manager of Clinical Quality - Remote

Overview

As Manager of Clinical Quality, you will shape the work our care advocates perform and consider how to scale a rapidly growing business while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

In Short

• Develop and execute a framework for advocate operational and clinical quality.
• Work with data and product teams to inform adherence to standards.
• Develop and implement policies and clinical protocols for advocates.
• Ensure excellent care and advocate experience for patients.
• Oversee quality assurance and improvement programs.

Requirements

• An active, unrestricted RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MPH is a plus.
• 5+ years of care management experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Subject matter expertise in closing care gaps.
• Excitement for working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Prior startup experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with developing a data framework for monitoring goals.
• A vision for what healthcare can and should be.
