Head of Impact Analytics - Remote

Overview

Solace is transforming healthcare by ensuring every patient who wants a health advocate can access one. As we scale, we're seeking an exceptional Head of Impact Analytics to build and lead our research and analytics function that will demonstrate and quantify the impact of our advocacy services.

In Short

• Develop the research and impact analytics arm of the clinical vertical.
• Work with stakeholders across Solace to ensure that impact analytics insights are integrated into decision-making.
• Translate and communicate analysis results and synthesize findings.
• Facilitate and/or lead projects associated with data infrastructure.
• Identify data platform needs and vendors.
• Contribute to product and technical roadmaps.
• Develop a team structure to support the growth of research.

Requirements

• Advanced training in health services research, mathematics/statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience in the healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in building and applying AI, predictive modeling, and data visualization.
• Proficient with data tools and platforms including SQL and Python.
• Substantial direct management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate new ideas into action.
• Understanding of technical data needs and vendor evaluation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly.
