Overview

As the Head of Lifecycle at Solace, you’ll be responsible for shaping how we communicate with patients and advocates throughout their journey — from initial awareness to long-term engagement and retention.

In Short

  • Build and mentor a high-performing lifecycle marketing and retention team.
  • Own and optimize the end-to-end patient lifecycle.
  • Lead the design, launch, and analysis of multi-channel lifecycle programs.
  • Oversee experimentation frameworks and surface insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Operations.
  • Maintain complex automation workflows in Customer.io.
  • Ensure quality and compliance across communications.
  • Translate insights into strategy using performance data.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing.
  • Proven track record of scaling multi-channel lifecycle programs.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Customer.io, Braze, Iterable.
  • Understanding of A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners.
  • Proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • A bias for action and ability to thrive under tight timelines.
  • Bonus: experience in healthcare or fast-paced startups.
