Overview

The Advocate Lifecycle Manager will lead the non-clinical journey of the advocate team at Solace, focusing on onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure excellent care for patients navigating health challenges.

• Own the operational lifecycle of Solace advocates from onboarding to off-boarding.
• Design and improve onboarding programs and resources for advocates.
• Develop systems for ongoing engagement and advocate satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain high care standards.

• Manage frameworks for feedback and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a relevant operational role; startup experience preferred.
• Excitement for working in a fast-paced, tech-forward startup.
• Comfort with developing a data framework for tracking KPIs.
• Proven ability to implement scalable, people-centered processes.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and clinical teams.
