This is a remote-first position, ideal for a senior sales professional with experience navigating complex, consultative sales cycles within large organizations in the European Region.

In Short

  • Responsible for identifying and securing new enterprise accounts.
  • Expand relationships within existing customers.
  • Position Solace as a critical enabler of event-driven architecture and AI-driven initiatives.
  • Work closely with technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
  • Accountable for winning new business and building strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate complex deals and establish long-lasting client relationships.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and other team members.
  • Travel as much as 30% of the time.
  • Work independently while being a strong team player.

Requirements

  • Fluently Bilingual in English and German.
  • Proven ability to close large, complex deals.
  • Track record in selling middleware products, solutions, and services.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong executive relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in the Enterprise IT space.
  • Familiarity with MEDIC / MEDDPICC sales process.
  • Willingness to travel as much as 30% of their time.
