Junior Cloud Support Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Junior Cloud Support Engineer with a strong interest in Azure cloud technologies, incident response, and automation. In Short

• Incident management including triage and coordination with engineering teams.
• Support preparation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.
• Help design and improve processes and automation for repetitive tasks.
• Maintain and update operational runbooks and knowledge base articles.
• Assist with provisioning and configuring Azure resources.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting tools.
• Participate in deployments and disaster recovery activities.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in IT support or cloud-related roles.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure services and concepts.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Basic networking knowledge and interest in cloud-native services.
• Strong willingness to learn and good communication skills.
