In Short

• Develop and execute a Quality Assurance framework for regulatory reporting.
• Conduct compliance reviews and process reviews to identify control gaps.
• Perform substantive transaction testing and issue management.
• Support regulatory reporting to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Manage timelines of reviews and remediations.
• Facilitate and support audits for the Bank and Broker-Dealer.
• Work closely with various teams for regulatory reporting quality assurance.
• Independently handle projects and drive solutions across stakeholders.
• Respond to requests from regulators as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 8+ years in Banking/Financial Services.
• Brokerage License preferred.
• Knowledge of financial and regulatory reporting.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple demands in a matrix organization.
• Strategic thinking ability.
• Self-starter with a passion for high-quality service.
