In Short

• Lead the Regulatory Reporting function within the data team.
• Provide guidance to data analysts on daily tasks.
• Translate regulatory requirements into reporting specifications.
• Manage timely reporting to regulators and external parties.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams.
• Build specification documentation and process design.
• Present gap analysis in systems and data platforms.
• Review existing processes for enhancements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in relevant roles.
• Experience with Regulatory Reporting or Compliance functions.
• Ability to manage and empower teams.
• Strong stakeholder liaison skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Financial Services experience is desirable.
