The Data and Reporting Manager will partner closely with account teams to develop reporting deliverables that meet customer requirements, ensuring high-quality data insights and trends to support customer success.

Work with LHH account teams to assess, define, and develop reporting deliverables.
Expert in BI visualization tools like MicroStrategy, Power BI, and Tableau.
Produce benchmark and sales radar reports to increase customer satisfaction.
Query databases to extract information for reports.
Streamline reporting deliverables and support standard vs. custom reports.
Advise account teams on meeting client data demands.
Continuously improve data collection and reporting processes.
Manipulate client data files for accurate entry into systems.
Support Customer Partner Reviews with data and presentations.
Participate in client meetings as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
Extensive reporting and data analytics experience with BI Tools.
Expert in MicroStrategy and database management tools.
5-10 years corporate business experience preferred.
Strong expertise in MS Excel.
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar ticketing processes.
Undergraduate degree in information systems, business administration, or analytics.
Ability to query systems/data warehouses for data requests.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
