Senior Risk Analyst, Fraud Program Management - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to focus on monitoring and analyzing Fraud Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and ensuring the Fraud Program operates within defined risk tolerances.

In Short

• Monitor and analyze Fraud Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) metrics.
• Identify performance trends and emerging risks across fraud domains.
• Support escalation and investigation of metric breaches.
• Produce regular risk reporting for governance committees.
• Assist in maintaining the Fraud Program’s KRI and KPI framework.
• Support ongoing metric validation and governance processes.
• Assist in the execution of Fraud Risk Self-Assessments (FRSAs).
• Coordinate with Fraud Program Lead for regulatory exam responses.
• Maintain fraud program documentation and governance artifacts.
• Support cross-functional initiatives in fraud risk management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fraud analytics or risk management.
• Strong experience in leading projects and working cross-functionally.
• Experience in banking or fintech industry.
• Strong knowledge of fraud prevention tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with visualization tools.
• Experience creating scalable playbooks and reporting templates.
• Self-directed with strong strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
