Overview

Socure’s Document Verification (DocV) product plays a critical role in establishing trust in digital transactions by ensuring that identity documents are authentic and accurate. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Engineering Manager to lead our DocV product engineering team in driving this mission forward.

In Short

• Lead and manage a team of 7–10 engineers.
• Drive the technical strategy and architectural decisions for the DocV product.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new features.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to define the Document Verification roadmap.
• Mentor and coach junior and senior engineers.
• Set and uphold high standards for code quality, security, and performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Proven experience leading full-stack engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on background in backend development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
