Overview

Socure’s Global Enablement team is expanding to include a Sales Enablement and Training Manager, responsible for ensuring training runs smoothly and efficiently while collaborating with various departments.

In Short

• Develop and update LMS training paths for new hires.
• Create AI role plays for different organizational personas.
• Conduct 1:1 sessions with field sales reps and SDRs.
• Provide administrative support for training tracking.
• Coordinate training events and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve training processes.
• Gather data on program engagement for reporting.
• Evaluate new tools for enablement.
• Ensure effective onboarding and training experiences.
• Collaborate across departments for training delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in Enablement.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
• Experience with AI tools and training material creation.
• Project management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
