Compensation & Benefits Specialist/Manager - Remote

Overview

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is the 3rd largest social discovery company in the world, uniting 60+ brands with 500 million users. We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist to take ownership of developing, implementing, and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs across multiple international locations.

In Short

• Lead and support Compensation and Benefits (C&B) programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and market standards.
• Manage benefits administration by coordinating with vendors and handling employee queries.
• Lead projects aimed at automating processes within the HR records and C&B domains.
• Manage the full cycle of employee onboarding.
• Handle HR movements, including changes in employment conditions.
• Ensure timely renewal of existing contracts and service agreements.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits (C&B).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Proven experience managing international HR records.
• Fluent in English (B2+) and native proficiency in Russian.
• Familiarity with 1C software (nice to have).
