Social Discovery Group is seeking an Acquisition Manager to manage marketing campaigns and drive performance across various platforms.

In Short

• Manage campaigns and optimize performance to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with the Head of User Acquisition and team members.
• Execute new projects like brand launches and features.
• Work with creative and data teams to drive results.
• Own Google Ads and paid social channel results for Cupid Media brands.
• Maintain relationships with business partners like Google and Meta.
• Provide timely and insightful reports across client portfolios.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with Google Ads.
• 3+ years managing Facebook advertising accounts in excess of $100,000/month.
• Degree in marketing or related field.
• Results-focused with proven metrics of success.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making approach.
• Proactive with a strong initiative.
• Ability to work at scale and embrace automation.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or other BI solutions.
