In Short

• Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels such as mobile video networks, social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships etc.
• Work with the design team to develop creative campaigns and experiments, proactively test different hypotheses to improve creative performance.
• Analyze and optimize user acquisition campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user acquisition and mobile gaming marketing.
• Manage and nurture relationships with external partners such as ad networks, DSP’s and influencer agencies.
• Work closely with the product team to ensure that user acquisition campaigns are aligned with product goals and features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a performance marketing or growth marketing role in a high-volume consumer facing digital business, ideally mobile gaming.
• Hands-on experience running campaigns across a variety of user acquisition channels.
• Proven track record of improving business performance from self driven projects or initiatives.
• Experience with analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
