Overview

As a CRM / Live Ops Manager, you will plan, execute, and optimize in-app events, lifecycle campaigns, and player communications across multiple channels, improving retention, monetization, and user experience in mobile gaming.

In Short

  • Set a CRM & user engagement vision for activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Own the LiveOps calendar and execute campaigns weekly across apps.
  • Define user segments and lifecycle stages for personalized journeys.
  • Optimize communication channels for relevant and timely messaging.
  • Manage campaign setup and QA using Pushwoosh or similar platforms.
  • Run A/B tests to optimize KPIs such as ARPU and retention.
  • Collaborate with product teams to design scalable systems.
  • Conduct competitive research and propose new campaign ideas.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Lead seasonal events and reactivation campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 3+ years in CRM, LiveOps, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in mobile gaming.
  • Proven track record in improving user engagement and monetization.
  • Hands-on experience with engagement platforms like Pushwoosh.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and cohort tracking.
  • Comfort with data analytics tools like Amplitude and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
