Overview

The Senior Manager, Integrated Field Excellence, is a key contributor within the Insights & Analytics team, dedicated to elevating the performance of customer-facing teams across Sobi NA.

• Execute field analytics initiatives leveraging secondary data sources.
• Establish and track executional metrics aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead field reporting efforts by defining dashboard requirements.
• Advance field force effectiveness by identifying key success factors.
• Support segmentation and targeting strategies for customer engagement.
• Contribute to field strategy development translating high-level objectives.
• Partner with sales leadership to diagnose field challenges.
• Advocate for field needs and recommend enhancements to tools.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships across various teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in life sciences, preferably biotech/pharma.
• Experience in analytics, strategy, or commercial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced analytical skills with understanding of commercial datasets.
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems with large data sources.
• Strong knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Experience supporting field-based teams.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience querying large datasets using Snowflake and SQL.
