Overview

The Global Brand Director will support the pre-commercialization and commercialization strategy for the Olezarsen brand, ensuring successful execution of plans across various teams and markets.

In Short

  • Drive brand strategy and execution for Olezarsen.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for brand positioning and communication.
  • Manage day-to-day brand marketing activities.
  • Engage with external stakeholders and KOLs.
  • Ensure alignment with financial requirements and budget management.
  • Represent the commercial function in the Global Enterprise Team.
  • Maintain high ethical standards and compliance.
  • Support local launch preparation and execution.
  • Lead multi-stakeholder projects and initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance to affiliates.

Requirements

  • University degree in a medical or science-based field.
  • Experience with global pre-launch and launch activities in rare diseases.
  • Strong brand management experience in global roles.
  • Project management skills with a results-driven attitude.
  • Experience in managing external consultants and agencies.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in IT skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage change in ambiguous environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
