Overview

The Account Executive is responsible for building client relationships with enterprise businesses within Germany. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way to high visibility, high impact projects at a very exciting time for the company.

In Short

  • Achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts and/or territory.
  • Develop marketing plans with the marketing team.
  • Be the trusted advisor to the customer.
  • Prospect qualification and development of new sales opportunities.
  • Arrange and conduct initial Executive and CxO discussions.
  • Sales process management and opportunity closure.
  • Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with solution-based selling.

Requirements

  • BA/BS required.
  • 3+ years of field sales experience preferred.
  • 5+ years experience focused on generating new business.
  • Proven ability to manage and close new client relationships.
  • Experience hitting quota of $800k+ of ARR per year.
  • New business sales focus.
  • Track record of success in driving consistent activity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent German language required.
