Overview

The Lead, Brand Commercialization - Pet will serve as a crucial link between Brand Marketing and Field Sales, translating national strategies into effective retail channel go-to-market strategies.

In Short

  • Develop sales strategies based on national brand strategies.
  • Communicate key brand initiatives to drive execution.
  • Lead the translation of marketing plans into channel-specific objectives.
  • Influence the development of Long Range and Annual Operating Plans.
  • Create sales presentations and tools for Field Sales.
  • Assist in developing trade promotion strategies and plans.
  • Provide regular updates to Field Sales on marketing elements.
  • Support key initiatives impacting customers.
  • Collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Travel approximately 10% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 7+ years of experience in CPG Customer Marketing or related fields.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with consumption data analysis.
