SmithRx is looking for a dynamic and resourceful email marketer to manage our prospect and customer email communication to brokers, employers, and members.

• Driving email performance aligned with key top-line business KPIs.
• Monitoring email deliverability and sender reputation.
• Project management of email programs from start to finish.
• Creating responsive live-text and image-based emails.
• Designing scalable, automated nurture programs.
• Applying email best practices and rigorous testing.
• Partnering with design and content teams for campaign assets.
• Utilizing Marketo for email sends and analysis.
• Continuously analyzing and testing hypotheses for results.
• Owning email QA from targeting to functionality.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in email marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Great attention to detail.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with dynamic content for personalized campaigns.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• Creative and empathetic thinker.
• Enjoy problem-solving and testing initiatives.
• Experience with multi-variate testing.
• SQL/analytics experience is a plus.
• Copywriting skills focused on B2B communications.
