Overview

The Manager of Technical Account Management will lead a high-performing team to ensure customer success and satisfaction through effective management of technical implementations.

In Short

  • Lead and develop a Customer Success Team.
  • Oversee team metrics and customer lifecycle management.

  • Collaborate with Agile Leads for effective delivery.
  • Manage financial aspects of customer engagements.
  • Create and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Drive upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manage escalated customer issues effectively.
  • Ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
  • Support development of enablement tools.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in a technical software delivery role.
  • 3+ years managing Technical Account Managers.
  • Post-secondary education in a technical or business program.
  • Experience in resource management and financial oversight.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in healthcare technology preferred.
