Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for increasing sales revenue by promoting BPO and call center solutions to various sectors including healthcare and finance.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to learn new technologies.
  • Consultative communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time-management and analytical skills.
  • Ability to articulate service benefits effectively.
  • Proven relationship-building skills.
  • Motivated self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience with cloud-based CRM and Google Workspace.
