Overview

As a Legal Transformation Advisor at smartvokat, you will assist clients in optimizing their legal, risk, and compliance service delivery using advanced technology. You will work in a multi-disciplinary team to enhance the process of offering legal advice and managing contracts.

In Short

• Lead and manage complex legal, risk, compliance, or contract lifecycle management projects.
• Guide the delivery of end-to-end solutions using ServiceNow's Legal Service Delivery and Contract Management tools.
• Act as a senior subject matter expert on overall solution design.
• Work collaboratively with client corporate legal and compliance teams.
• Translate complex legal content into comprehensive process maps.
• Contribute ideas and foster a strong team environment.
• Manage multiple project streams effectively.
• Fluent communication in English, preferably German.
• Be based in EU or South Africa while working remotely.
• Possess strong intercultural competence.

Requirements

• Tertiary degree or equivalent in legal, compliance, or risk functions.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to optimize processes and technology in the legal sector.
• Hands-on attitude and creativity.
• Leadership experience with teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
