The Legal Advisor is a seasoned subject matter expert who works independently on complex legal issues, providing solutions that align with business objectives while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

In Short

• Review and draft contracts and terms for sales and vendor agreements.
• Assist pre-sales and sales teams with legal queries.
• Maintain a database of client and vendor agreements.
• Advise on upcoming laws affecting business operations.
• Support Data Protection and Privacy team with agreements.
• Provide company secretarial support on corporate matters.
• Advise on employment, finance, and ad hoc legal matters.
• Work autonomously while being a team player.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Qualified to practice law in Czech Republic.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Understanding of IT sector laws.
• Good knowledge of GDPR and DORA.
• Experience in employment law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Czech and English.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Curious and quick to learn.
