In Short

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team in security infrastructure.
• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for security operations.
• Oversee secure and resilient infrastructure in a multi-cloud environment.
• Drive security automation initiatives for threat detection and response.
• Champion a secure by design software development life cycle.
• Lead incident response strategy and activities.
• Manage automated compliance programs with frameworks like FedRAMP.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in technology.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading teams managing large-scale cloud environments.
• Technical direction in Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices.
• Strong technical background in scripting or programming languages.
• Deep understanding of security operations toolchain.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities.
