In Short

• Build and maintain scalable, reusable UI components and patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design specifications into robust, maintainable front-end code.
• Support engineering teams by publishing and maintaining multiple code packages.
• Contribute to design system architecture decisions and code reviews.
• Partner with designers to explore new interaction patterns.
• Develop internal tooling to streamline workflows.
• Create functional prototypes or proof-of-concepts.
• Advocate for system adoption and consistent UI.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of experience as a front-end engineer or design systems contributor.
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, and CSS.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Passion for creating systems that accelerate work.
• Strong understanding of accessibility and responsive design.
• Familiarity with automated testing for UI components.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Bonus: Experience developing Figma plugins.
