• Empower design and engineering teams to create better experiences.
• Build, evolve, and maintain design collaboration tools.
• Help maintain and evolve Ramp’s cross-platform design system.
• Contribute to product design and user experience documentation.
• Work with product/engineering/design teams to implement tooling.
• Champion user experience and accessibility of products.
• Collaborate to evolve long-term product vision and design systems.
• Participate in team rituals like design crit and weekly stand-ups.
• Help hire amazing people to grow the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of tech/startup or digital product agency experience.
• Strong understanding of Product Design software (pref. Figma).
• Excellent visual design skills and understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Excellent front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience maintaining a reusable component library.
• Strong organizational skills and love for documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
