Overview

As a Product Designer II at Smartsheet, you will help shape how teams collaborate and manage content in a fast-moving, connected world, focusing on building intuitive experiences that empower collaboration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• Strong visual design skills.
• Experience in delivering complex experiences in SAAS environments.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Experience in aligning goals across the organization.
• Collaborative and resilient to feedback.
• Understanding of design principles like interaction and typography.
• Desire to learn and evolve in design and leadership.
• Degree in Design or equivalent experience.
