Product Designer II - Remote

Overview

Equip is the leading virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program on a mission to ensure that everyone with an eating disorder can access treatment that works. We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team and help lead the design and development of our virtual care platform.

In Short

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for various use cases.
• Communicate design solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
• Partner with business leaders and engineering for alignment.
• Establish and promote design system guidelines.
• Contribute to user research and usability testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in product design or relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience as a designer in a tech-enabled healthcare company.
• Experience working on a digital platform with an active user base.
• Collaborative skills across product, engineering, and business teams.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Ability to achieve results with limited resources.
