In Short

• Define a vision and strategy for how AI can help collaborators work more efficiently in Smartsheet
• Use company objectives, customer needs, market trends, and business outcomes to inform your work
• Socialize your work and drive alignment with cross-functional leaders
• Utilize internal and external data to guide experimentation and decisions
• Partner with research, product design, data science, and analytics teams
• Communicate strategy and product insights to a wide audience
• Mentor junior product managers
• Operate at both strategic and tactical levels
• Support other duties as needed

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of product management or consulting experience
• Experience delivering AI-driven user experiences on high-scale platforms
• Prioritize against and drive business outcomes with a focus on ARR growth
• Experience in agile development environments
• Deliver complex enterprise software products from inception to launch
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to mentor junior teammates
• A four-year college degree; MBA preferred
