Principal Product Manager - Remote

Overview

Lime is the world's largest shared electric vehicle company on a mission to build a future where transportation is shared, affordable, and carbon-free. The Principal Product Manager will define the strategic vision and drive teams to execute on that vision for hardware and firmware.

In Short

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.
• Use data and customer insights to define requirements.
• Write detailed product requirements and gain consensus.
• Oversee execution and delivery of product launches.
• Continuously improve products in the field.
• Engage in technical discussions across hardware and software.
• Identify broader business challenges and create solutions.
• Expected to travel at least 6 times per year to US locations.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in product management or technical leadership.
• Experience with hardware or firmware product development.
• Passionate about Lime's mission and micromobility.
• Empathetic understanding of customer experiences.
• Self-starter with an owner’s mindset.
• Insight-led and data optimized approach.
• Ability to drive clarity and decisions in ambiguity.
• Comfortable operating at all levels of the organization.
