Overview

As a Content Designer II at Smartsheet, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure UX content delivers high value and meets business goals, particularly in shaping user interactions with AI-driven features.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Content Strategy, Content Design, or UX Writing.
• Experience designing for AI/ML features.
• Expertise in Figma and design systems.
• Ability to create globally scalable content.
• Passion for human-centered design.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
