Overview

This role plays a key part in delivering an industry-leading customer experience to a growing customer base. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and email cases, answering questions, and resolving queries to a high standard. Using your knowledge of systems, products, and services, you’ll ensure every interaction is handled accurately, efficiently, and professionally.

In Short

  • Handle inbound calls and email cases from customers.
  • Provide accurate and efficient resolutions to customer queries.
  • Update customer records and process requests.
  • Promote energy-saving tools and services.
  • Work closely with internal teams for timely resolutions.
  • Build strong technical knowledge of products and services.
  • Deliver a consistently positive customer experience.
  • Part-time role, maximum of 25 hours per week.
  • 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
  • Base salary up to £17,500 (pro-rated).

Requirements

  • Experience in a fast-paced customer contact environment.
  • Accuracy in written communication, spelling, and grammar.
  • Confident and able to handle objections effectively.
