Debt Management Executive - 12 Month FTC - Remote

Overview

You will be key in helping maximise our cash flow position by ensuring our levels of debt and unbilled are kept to a minimum.

In Short

• Manage and track debt related to Management Agencies or key accounts daily.
• Make telephone calls daily to debtors in a given priority.
• Support validation of change of tenancy and management agency details.
• Oversee companies in legal status to recover outstanding balances.
• Liaise with 3rd Party debt collection agencies as necessary.
• Create bespoke reports for external and internal customers.
• Work closely with Customer Services, Sales Teams, and Credit Risk Team.
• Support ongoing process improvements.
• Promote the Debt Team Mission and Values.
