Debt Management Executive - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused professional to deliver an efficient, high-quality service within our Credit Control and Debt Management team. Working under appropriate guidance and in line with established procedures and service standards, you will manage customer accounts end-to-end, ensuring all enquiries are followed through to completion while supporting timely and effective debt recovery.

• Manage customer accounts end-to-end.
• Proactive collection of overdue debt via telephone.
• Set up and manage Direct Debits and budget plans.
• Resolve account queries and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor payment patterns and identify cash-flow issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes.

Requirements

• Proven Collection skills and experience.
• Strong IT skills in MS Office.
• Great verbal and written communication.
