Senior Lifecycle Associate - Remote

Overview

Smalls is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Associate who’s passionate about shaping the customer journey from first touch through long-term retention. In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution of campaigns that engage customers across email, SMS, and beyond ensuring every message is timely, relevant, and impactful. You’ll collaborate across teams, dig deep into customer data, and design experiments that push our growth strategy forward.

• Drive lifecycle strategy focusing on conversion, engagement, retention, and revenue generation.
• Develop understanding of the customer journey through qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns including email, SMS, and offline.
• Implement personalization and segmentation strategies.
• Manage a structured testing roadmap for acquisition and retention strategies.
• Analyze performance and deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with Analytics to build dashboards and share performance reporting.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in Lifecycle/CRM marketing with demonstrated ownership of customer communications.
• Expertise in email and SMS automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with a history of leveraging data.
• Skilled at structured testing and interpreting data.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Startup-minded, proactive, and comfortable working without a playbook.
• Strong communicator and collaborator across teams.
• Cat person preferred.
