Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the People function.
• Experience in high-growth tech companies and large organizations.
• Proven ability to implement people programs aligned to business strategy.
• Experience leading global teams across multiple geographies.
• Strong analytical skills to inform decisions.
• Ability to balance commercial and people imperatives.
• Strong coaching and influencing skills.
• Experience with organizational change initiatives.
