Requirements

• Experience in creating impactful design for B2B or B2C products.
• Ability to take design projects from inception to completion.
• Skills in data analysis and forming actionable insights.
• Strong communication and narrative skills.
• High-fidelity design rendering skills, preferably with Figma.
• Experience with design systems.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer needs.
• Ability to adapt design processes to meet project constraints.
• Proactive in proposing innovative design ideas.
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
