As Director of Technology at Slang.ai, you will own engineering leadership, IT infrastructure, and security, ensuring that we build and maintain a high-velocity, high-impact technology team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience leading high-velocity software development teams.
• Strong hands-on technical background in cloud architectures and DevOps.
• Proven ability to build scalable, reliable systems.
• Deep knowledge of IT operations and security frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
• Comfortable overseeing IT and security needs.
