Senior Workday HCM Solution Architect - Remote

Overview

As a Sr. Workday HCM Solution Architect, you’ll work on teams to deliver solutions to our clients, collaborating with sales and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of Workday solutions.

In Short

• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams from pre-sales to implementation.
• Translate business and technical requirements into project blueprints.
• Lead design workshops for complex areas of the Workday Talent suite.
• Assist in finding solutions for functional gaps during deployment.
• Engage in the sales process to gather project information and client needs.
• Develop relationships with Workday Solution Consultants and Product Strategy.
• Document best practices and optimize Workday Tenant.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior consultants.
• Identify and analyze areas of risk and develop mitigation plans.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Requirements

• 5+ years of prior Workday HCM consulting experience.
• Experience deploying multiple HCM implementations - Workday HCM preferred.
• Current Workday HCM certification required.
• A passion for guiding and advising clients.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop relationships and establish trust with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business challenges.
• College degree preferred.
• Thorough understanding of the Workday HCM product suite.
